At Kona Mountain Coffee, we take pride in our 100% pure Kona beans and want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If your coffee or merchandise does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 30 days for a resolution.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and details regarding the issue with your coffee or merchandise.
- 2.Verification
Our team will review your request and may ask for photos if the product arrived damaged to ensure we improve our shipping processes.
- 3.Return Shipment
If a physical return is required, we will provide you with a return authorization number and the correct shipping address for our roasting facility.
- 4.Refund or Replacement
Once your request is processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out a fresh replacement at no extra cost.
